Solutions runs on prepaid credit. You top up your firm's balance. Each check you run comes out of it.

Top-up amounts are ex GST. We add 10% GST to the amount charged, so a $100 top-up costs $110. All the prices above are ex GST.
First top-up bonus (once per firm)
Your firm's first top-up earns bonus credit. On Accountants and Real Estate, top up $100 or more and we add $100. On Bookmakers, top up $25 or more and we add $25. So a $100 top-up gives you $200 of credit on Accountants and Real Estate. A $25 top-up gives you $50 on Bookmakers.
Bonus credit is spent before the credit you paid for. It can't be refunded or withdrawn. If the top-up that earned it is refunded, we remove any unused bonus.
Some options, like DVS and company or trust lookups, are charged separately. The portal shows the price before you run them.
