Your check records go to your firm's own Google Drive.
Where your records live
We don't hold your customers' data. Your records go to the cloud storage your business chooses. Today that's Google Drive. The portal creates one folder in your Drive and can read and write files in that folder. It can't see the rest of your Drive.
Connecting at setup
You connect your Google Drive when you set up your account. The portal stores one encrypted connection token per firm, not the records themselves.
How long records are kept
Your records sit in your own storage for as long as you keep them. You can view, move or delete them there. You keep your customer due diligence (CDD) records for seven years, so check that before you delete anything. A check passes through our system on its way to your storage. We don't keep it.
Practice workspace
The practice workspace uses sample data. Don't enter real people into it.
