My bridge transfer has been pending for several days. What should I do?

What to check and what to send support when a bridge transfer is taking much longer than usual.

Written by Toon

Most bridge transfers finish within the time shown in Why is my bridge still pending?. If yours has been pending for longer than that, work through the steps below before contacting support.

1. Check the transaction and its status

  • Open the source-chain transaction in its block explorer and confirm it shows as successful.

  • Each transfer shows its status in the Me app, on the ShareLedger explorer (explorer.shareri.ng), and in the receiving wallet.

  • A bridge request waits in a pending queue. It is approved, then sent to the destination chain in batches, so it can stay pending until the next batch. Some requests, such as very large amounts, are held for a manual check and can take longer.

2. Check the destination wallet

  • Confirm you are looking at the wallet address you entered when you started the bridge.

  • Confirm the correct token contract is added in the wallet. After the 2025 token migration, an old contract will not show the new SHR balance. See the Tokens Migration 2025 collection.

3. Contact support

If the transfer is still pending, contact us with:

  • The source transaction hash

  • The destination wallet address

  • The amount and the date you started the transfer

  • Screenshots of any error

We'll check and reply as soon as we can. If a transfer can't be completed, our team reviews it and tells you what happens next.

Never share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone, including support.
