You will not be able to progress with the sign up process or the loading of a new document if the App determines that your selfie is a recorded video or your selfie does not match the photo in your document.
In that event you can:
Redo the selfie and resubmit
(there is no limit to the number of times you can do this)
Check your document and restart the sign up process if this is part of the ID sign up
(NOTE: we will release updated functionality that allows you to go back and resubmit your document without having to close and restart the App)
