If the App tells you that your selfie does not match the photo in your document then you can:
Redo the selfie and resubmit (there is no limit to the number of times you can do this)
Check your document and restart the sign-up process if this is part of the ID sign up (NOTE: we will release updated functionality that allows you to go back and resubmit your document without having to close and restart the App)
Please note that at the moment we cannot allow the upload of documents with photographs that do not match the holder of your mobile device.
